ERP system to download or as a cloud solution
Customer and Supplier Management
In the Contacts module, you can immediately see all activities that have taken place with the customer or supplier in chronological order. Contacts can be created quickly and easily. We are happy to import your existing contacts from other systems, please contact us for more information.
Simple Article and Warehouse Management
You can quickly and easily store detailed article & price information and manage inventory. Like all other master data, we can import your old ERP system for you so that you can immediately concentrate on your core business.
Complete Vouchers from the Offer to the Order
Create simple, uncomplicated invoices, offers, orders, delivery notes and orders that you can download as a PDF file. All receipts can be duplicated or automatically converted to other types. You have the option of storing individual templates for your receipts.
Keep an eye on what’s going on anytime, anywhere
Operations
With the Operations module, you can keep an eye on your business processes much more easily. You can see immediately where the payment is open from the customer or where the delivery has not yet taken place. You can store individual notes very quickly or you can always keep control and take the necessary measures immediately thanks to the search and filtering option under many business processes.
Mobile
Thanks to the responsive design, users can access and edit all processes in the operating process at any time, regardless of location, using mobile devices. Access to the system via the cloud no longer requires a cumbersome networking solution and installation of ERP software, but simply requires Internet access and browser software, which is available today on all stationary and mobile devices.
Statistics
The Statistics module enables you to carry out a quick status analysis. You can always keep an eye on your sales monthly according to customer groups. You can observe which customer groups are developing better or worse or have sales displayed in different time windows. This way you always stay in control and can e.g. Analyze seasonal differences immediately.
